FURTHER INFORMATION ON OUR WARRANTY
Description of what is covered/excluded by the warranty
Beeline expressly warrants products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for
the original purchaser under normal use for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
The warranty will cover:
● Water damage, where a Product fails to meet its water resistance rating standard (eg.
IP 67 for Moto)
● Charging issues, where either the Product or supplied charger have faults that prohibit
successful charging. Or where batteries are failing to adequately meet the stated battery
performance of the Product
● Hardware issues, where a button or button clicker has failed or fallen off, a Bluetooth
chip has failed (diagnosed by failure of a Product to be “found” by any phone), a
hardware issue that is reported by the Product display (eg. “WTD Error”), Product fails to
turn on
● Display issues, where there is clear evidence of a permanent issue on the display, for
example dead pixels
● Mount issues, where there is clear evidence of a faulty mount. Customers are expected
to check that mounts are securely mounted and to report any issues of screw quality at
the point of installation
Defects that have resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, improper
installation, accidents, excess moisture, insects, improper packing, lightning, power surges, or
unauthorized tampering, alteration or modification are not covered.
Beeline reserves the right to use its discretion in circumstances/reported failures that are not
covered in this warranty document.
